The Four Seasons Hotel – Jeddah Project is a landmark hospitality development on the Red Sea waterfront, designed to set a new benchmark for luxury living and world-class service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project encompasses luxury guest rooms and suites, fine dining restaurants, executive lounges, conference and banquet facilities, wellness centers, and exclusive retail outlets.
Zawaya Al-Binaa Engineering Consultancy was entrusted with providing architectural design support, engineering supervision, and safety consulting, ensuring the project’s compliance with international standards of luxury, comfort, and operational efficiency. Our role included overseeing structural and MEP coordination, site supervision, and integration of fire and life safety systems tailored to hospitality requirements.
